Join us in the MCMA galleries for a relaxing and grounding experience. This 1-hour beginner-friendly yoga class will focus on functional movements to open and release the body, mind, and spirit! This yoga class is igniting, energetic, mystical, and includes mindful meditation.
Classes will be led by certified classical yoga instructor, Ruby Jordan. All sessions are open to guests 12 years of age and older. Please bring your own yoga mat. All water bottles must have lids.
