MCMA will delay opening on January 14, 2023.  Open to the public from 1 pm until 4 pm. 

MCMA will be closed to the public on February 3, 2023. 

Parking Information

Please be advised, our elevator is temporarily out of order.  Cobb County is awaiting parts for repair.  Upstairs galleries only accessible via staircase.  Please check website or call museum for updates on elevator status prior to visiting.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

More Information

Photography is allowed unless stated otherwise. Flash photography and tripods are not permitted in the Museum.  Photography is not permitted in special exhibitions. Works of art on loan from private collections or other institutions may not be photographed. Hand-held video cameras may be used with a photography pass.

To ensure that all visitors to our Museum have a pleasant experience, the use of cellular phones and music players is prohibited in all of our galleries.

Food and drink are not permitted inside the galleries. 

Handicap Accessibility:  Located on the right side of MCMA is handicap parking parallel to a handicap ramp.  When you arrive at the top of the ramp, please push the call button and an employee will greet you. 

We welcome groups.  Please contact Jennifer Fox to make arrangements. 

The MCMA Curator offers guided tours for groups as available. Unless requested otherwise, all group visits are self-guided. Please reach out to MCMA to schedule your group visit and indicate if you would like a guided tour. A $1/per guest tour fee will be added to our regular daily admission rates for groups who request a guided tour.
