JUDGING
MCMA Curator, Madeline Beck, will lead an anonymous committee to judge the submissions. Having managed the selection process of over a dozen juried exhibitions and curated over 40 feature exhibitions at MCMA, Beck will lead a panel of local arts professionals to select the final works for this exhibition.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Open only to Georgia-residing clay artists and ceramicists. Out-of-state submissions will not be considered.
- Any accepted artworks that arrive altered or different in any way from the image/information submitted may be disqualified at time of delivery.
- Please photograph artwork using unobstructed, neutral backgrounds and provide images of the artwork from multiple angles. All images must be submitted in JPG or PNG format.
- All submitted pieces must be original artwork that was completed within the last ten years, and has never been previously exhibited at MCMA in any capacity.
- Submitted artwork may not have a height, width, or depth exceeding 80 inches.
- While MCMA does not advertise that artwork is for sale, if artwork on loan sells while at MCMA, MCMA will retain a 40% commission of any works sold during this exhibition.
- MCMA will be given consent to use submitted images for any future promotional purposes.
- All submissions will receive email confirmation from Eventeny. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days, please contact Madeline Beck.
- Submissions are considered incomplete until all fees, forms and images are received by MCMA on or before the deadline.
