Art of the Cocktail is a special event night at MCMA. Art lovers gather to enjoy the current exhibition(s), partake of the special cocktail presented by a local taproom, and enjoy the sounds of a local performing artist.
The doors open at 6 pm. Hor d’oeuvres are created by Carriage House Catering. Admissions is $10 and purchased at the door. Free admission is a benefit for MCMA Members.
We offer the first Sunday free to the public as one of many ways we strive to reach our goal.
Visitors can create an art piece to take home. This art piece will, when possible, allow the student to apply a technique used by the artists in the creation of the exhibition.
On occasion, MCMA hosts an exhibiting artist to share insight, techniques, and stories about their work. These talks provide the opportunity to engage with fellow art lovers.
Art Talks are open to the public and are free to attend. Check back often for dates and times.
MCMA offers a variety of workshops through out the year.
Workshops are an excellent way to engage with members of the art community and create amazing pieces that can given as gifts or enjoyed in your collection.
