Fees include all model fees for each 2-hour class session.
During this 5-week session, students will learn the basics of capturing and recreating the human form with charcoal and pencil.
This session will cover the basics of pencil value, anatomy, size, composition, light and shadow value, and much more. Other creative methods of figure drawing such as working with negative space and using the eraser as a drawing tool will be explored as well.
Models will be draped so ages 16+ are welcome.
Class meets in the Art Galleries at MCMA.
